Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the items of which are sold within The Vault AU returns will only be provided in special circumstances and will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Returns/Exchanges based on sizing mistakes or change of mind are not considered a valid reason for returns/exchanges and will not be accepted, all orders placed are final.

Returns/Exchanges for faulty products are considered valid and will be dealt with, either an exchange (based on stock availability) or refund will be provided upon receiving the returned goods. This must be done within 3-5 days of receiving your item and prior to any item being worn.

Please email us with all details, including order number, the reason a return is wanted etc and our team will work on dealing with your case as soon as possible
