Are the items listed on the site Authentic?
The Vault GUARANTEES the authenticity of every item listed on our site. Each item is thoroughly checked by our team ensuring that items are 100% authentic.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
- All local shipments are shipped with Australia Post unless DHL is selected at checkout. Customers will be provided with a tracking number after their order has been shipped, 1-3 business days in most circumstances but this can take up to 9 business days processing time, depending on stock allocations at the time of ordering. If you do have any questions about your order specifically feel free to email the team at sales@the-vault-au.com.
From there, depending on the shipping option you take, it will take anywhere between 1-5 business days to arrive to destination, subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control. If you choose DHL express at checkout, your order will arrive within 1 business day (subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control) after being processed. Same goes for Australian post shipping.
- All international shipments are shipped with DHL Express. Customers will be provided with a tracking number after their purchase, 1-3 business days in most circumstances but this can take up to 9 business days processing time, depending on stock allocations at the time of ordering. From this point it will take approximately 48 hours for your item to arrive

How can I track my order?
After being processed, when your package has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to your email with your unique tracking number (Via Auspost or DHL). You can then track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.
Can I cancel and get my order refunded?
A strict no-refund policy applies to all products unless the condition of the purchased item differs from the advertised description. For further details please refer to the Returns and Exchange section. Size exchanges are permitted on most orders.
Are all items listed on the site Brand New?
Yes. All items are brand new unless stated within the product description.
I placed an order but never received a confirmation email. What can be done?
In this case, if you haven’t received confirmation for your order within a few hours, please email us at info@the-vault-au.com.
Is it possible to add a discount code to an order that has already been placed?
Unfortunately for discount codes to be valid, they need to be used during checkout.
