Shipping

All local shipments are shipped with Australia Post unless DHL is selected at checkout. Customers will be provided with a tracking number shortly after their order has been shipped, 1-3 business days in most circumstances but this can take up to 9 business days depending on stock allocations at the time of ordering, if you do have any questions about your order specifically feel free to email the team at sales@the-vault-au.com. From there, depending on the shipping option you take, it will take anywhere between 1-5 business days to arrive to destination, subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control.

Please note - if choosing Express or DHL, shipping to regional areas, or WA/NT, extra days may be required for items to be delivered.

All international shipments are shipped with DHL Express. Customers will be provided with a tracking number shortly after their purchase (1-3 business days in most circumstances but this can take up to 9 business days depending on stock allocations). From this point it will take approximately 48 hours for your item to arrive.
