Shipping
All local shipments are shipped with Australia Post unless DHL is selected at checkout. Customers will be provided with a tracking number shortly after their purchase, 1-3 business days in most circumstances but this can take up to 9 business days depending on stock allocations at the time of ordering, if you do have any questions about your order specifically feel free to email the team at sales@the-vault-au.com. From there, depending on the shipping option you take, it willย take anywhere betweenย 1-5 business days to arrive to destination, subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control.
